There is a 90 minute Zoom session at the start of each week, and the courseware ideally needs an hour or two a day to get really in the zone and ignite your creativity.
It can be done in larger chunks if that works better for you as the online content is self paced.
Zoom sessions will be recorded and accessible in the App and Website.
