How You Receive Your Products
All Galactiv8 products are delivered digitally — there is nothing to ship. Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your download link(s). Downloads are also accessible via your order confirmation page.
Instant Access
Your files are available for download as soon as your order is processed. There is no waiting period. If you do not receive your download email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
File Formats & Compatibility

.midfiles, compatible with any DAW (Ableton, Logic Pro, FL Studio, Cubase, etc.) - Presets (Vital) —
.vitalpreset files; requires the Vital synth (free or paid version) - Sample Packs / Sound Journeys — High-quality
.wavor.mp3files, compatible with all major DAWs and media players - Courses — Delivered via a secure link to your course content; accessible via any modern browser
Please ensure you have the required software installed before purchasing.
Re-downloading Your Files
Download links allow up to 5 download attempts per file. If your link has expired or you have exceeded the download limit, please contact us and we will reissue access.
Lost or Deleted Files
If you have lost your downloaded files, contact us with your order number and we will do our best to assist. We recommend backing up your files to cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) immediately after download.
No Physical Shipment
As all products are digital, no physical goods will be dispatched and no shipping charges apply. VAT on digital goods is applied in accordance with UK and EU regulations where applicable.
